The Revell brand is dominant within the European hobby market, though the Airfix brand has strong consumer perception in the UK. The PR strategy has been two-fold:
– maintain Revell’s brand strength within the core hobby market.
– leverage its heritage to build the brand within new product areas such as Revell Control and Hobbico.
